The Exterior Company (TEC) is hiring energetic Sales Assistants for our Lancaster, PA office. This position offers flexible afternoon and evening scheduling, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to supplement their income while developing valuable communication and sales skills.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce our free roofing and exterior inspections, and schedule appointments for our experienced sales consultants.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
  • Speak with homeowners about their roofing and exterior improvement needs
  • Schedule free roof and exterior inspections
  • Educate homeowners about storm damage, aging roofs, and available exterior solutions
  • Support experienced sales consultants by generating qualified appointments
  • Track daily activity using simple reporting tools
  • Represent The Exterior Company professionally within the community
  • Develop communication, networking, and sales skills that can lead to future advancement opportunities
Flexible Schedule

  • Four-hour afternoon and/or evening shifts
  • Required four-hour shift every Saturday
  • Flexible weekday scheduling
Paid Training

  • Six-week paid training program
  • Earn $500 per week during training

Compensation

Training Pay + Unlimited Commission Opportunity

  • Earn $500 per week for your first six weeks of training
  • After successfully completing training, transition to a 100% commission-based compensation plan
